The Recruitment Officer will play an integral part of the Resourcing and Talent Hub and will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our candidates' experience by providing an effective and high-quality recruitment service. The role requires a proactive approach, understanding how engagement and recruitment activities impact on our ability to promote Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as a great place to work. Within this role you’ll work autonomously, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities, including giving advice and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders. This is a 12 month fixed term vacancy.
In addition to your ability to coordinate recruitment processes at all stages, you’ll be confident in utilising systems and data to help us attract, recruit and onboard candidates effectively. You will have excellent organisation skills to meet the varied requirements of the role and be an effective communicator with a customer focused approach.
