About the Role
The Commercial Partnerships Manager will lead the development and delivery of high-value commercial opportunities across Liverpool City Region’s transport network.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Growth, you’ll be responsible for developing a new commercialisation strategy that aims to maximise opportunities from a range of assets, from Out of Home (OOH) media through to sponsorship and major infrastructure projects – and all with our customers at the very heart of the strategy.
Awarding and managing major OOH advertising contracts, where you will oversee relationships with external agencies and delivery partners, ensuring contracts are robust, compliant, and deliver strong returns, will be a key focus.
In addition, you’ll identify and develop new income streams linked to major infrastructure projects, ancillary customer products, and wider Combined Authority assets, bringing commercial insight and innovation to a growing portfolio.

You’ve successfully awarded and managed high‑value advertising contracts, working with national sales agencies, delivery partners, and internal teams, protecting commercial interests through robust contract negotiations.
You’re experienced in developing commercially viable asset portfolios and identifying new income streams linked to infrastructure projects and transport initiatives.
Collaborative, pragmatic, and values‑led, you build credibility across departments and with external stakeholders, embedding commercial thinking across the organisation.
