A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Head Chef to manage all aspects of the food offering in our restaurant. You must be passionate about food, ingredients and menu development. You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and food hygiene, managing GP, P&L and all other forecasting and stock management. Knowledge of Adaco and Fourth Hospitality is desirable, but full training will be given. We are looking for a Head Chef who can lead the team - being on the front line and leading the pass is a must. We are looking for someone who can train, motivate and develop the team. You must be resilient, with the ambition and drive to be part of a successful business.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional standards and attention to detail.
  • Creative development of menus in the restaurant.
  • Lead the brigade – Being on the front line and leading the pass is a must.
  • Support the creation and delivery of F&B strategies.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, margins and all financial aspects of the kitchens.
  • Training and development of the brigade.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety.
  • Previous experience of working as a Senior Chef within a Hotel or high volume restaurant.
  • Actively seek menu feedback, responding accurately and adapting as necessary.
