We require a full‑time neurological occupational therapist to lead our occupational therapy services in Liverpool. The role will involve both a clinical caseload and management duties. The clinical aspect of the role will consist of overseeing occupational therapy services within an inpatient acquired brain injury unit and within the community. The successful candidate will work with our team of physiotherapists and speech therapists to provide the highest standard of therapy. The management aspect of the role consists of leading the occupational therapy team and managing staff, conducting interviews, inducting staff, appraising staff, and developing services. The role will also involve regular meetings with practice directors and NHS/service commissioners.

Occupational Therapy Assistant – Part Time

Liverpool OT are looking for a part‑time Occupational Therapy assistant with an interest in neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for an enthusiastic therapist to join our neurological team to assist with patients who are recovering from neurological trauma. Treatment will be in clinic and in the community environment. The hours available are between 12 and 40 hours per week.

This role will include the following duties:

  • Supporting occupational therapists and neurological physiotherapists in providing treatment for patients with neurological conditions
  • Conducting exercise programmes with patients under the guidance and supervision of other therapists

We require an Occupational Therapy assistant who is:
