- Reporting to Section/Floor/Department Manager and General Manager
Purpose: To deliver a high standard customer service experience complying with the company guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- To have basic product knowledge.
- To perform basic operations on the i Pod – stock checks, product request, in store availability, online sale.
- To maintain the shop floor, keeping it clean and tidy, following the company standards and identifying faulty items.
- To keep control of items in the Fitting room using the tags and organize the area.
- To keep clean the stockroom area following the basic standards.
- To be aware of the basic security policies and procedures in the store and communicate to the management/security team if an issue should arise.
- To comply with the Health and Safety regulations.
- To ensure effective communication with the management team.
- To get involved in store meetings and participate in trainings.
