We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker. For this role you must be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are currently offering a welcome bonus of £250 for drivers who are successful and start with the company.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be covering the Winsford/Northwich area. The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from hospital. It helps customers to rebuild their confidence in day-to-day tasks and allows them to return to a normal independent life. A smile is essential that will make each Service User’s face light up when they welcome you at the door and a good ear to listen to some fascinating life stories. As a driver, you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with those additional costs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead.
- As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care.
- You don’t have to be an excellent cook but being able to make a good cuppa is essential.
Shifts and availability:
We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons & evenings. If you let us know your availability, we’ll see what we can do. We provide support to our clients 7 days a week, so alternate weekend working is something we require.
