- Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment (Health and social care experience would be beneficial!)
- Experience using an ATS
- Understanding of recruitment compliance (right to work, references, employment law)
- Right to work in the UK (Full time)
- Confident with meeting new people, with the ability to quickly build positive relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Your Role as a Recruitment Officer
- Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manner
- Scheduling and conducting interviews for our domiciliary care positions
- Guiding the candidates through our compliance processes
- Conducting right to work checks
- Working collaboratively with other departments in the branch
- Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region
- Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters
