What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in an office environment - this could be call centre, admin roles etc
  • IT Literacy
  • Confidence when speaking to others, a great phone manner!
  • Driver's licence would be beneficial but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK (Full time)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

What would your role entail?

  • Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manner
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Guiding our candidates through the compliance process
  • Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region
  • Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters
