What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in an office environment - this could be call centre, admin roles etc
- IT Literacy
- Confidence when speaking to others, a great phone manner!
- Driver's licence would be beneficial but not essential
- Right to work in the UK (Full time)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
What would your role entail?
- Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manner
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Guiding our candidates through the compliance process
- Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region
- Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters
