Are you a current carer or someone looking to get into care who can drive and have access to a car? We are currently offering a welcome bonus of Β£250 for drivers who are successful and start with the company. We are looking for people who have a kind, friendly caring nature, who may want a change of career and flexible shifts. You don’t need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 4-day induction programme to prepare you in your new exciting role.

What to expect:

  • You will be visiting clients in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area in their own home.
  • You will be meeting several clients each day, so you need to be a great communicator and even better listener, as our clients love to tell great stories.
  • As a driver you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with those additional costs.
  • You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead.
  • Basic cooking skills, such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches and using the microwave is essential.
  • Our clients have a range of ailments that they need support with, so our Support Workers need to be patient and have compassion.
  • We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons.
  • Evening shifts 6.30pm – 11.15pm which attract an enhanced pay rate.
  • We provide support to our clients 7 days a week, so alternate weekend working is something we require.
