We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our growing team at Empire Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, has an eye for design and enjoys bringing brands to life across social media.
Key Responsibilities- Creating engaging video and image content for our social media channels
- Filming treatments, courses and behind‑the‑scenes content within the academy
- Editing videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
- Designing graphics and promotional content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Managing and scheduling content across Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest and YouTube
- Writing captions and engaging with followers where required
- Working closely with our trainers and marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions
- Staying up to date with trends and bringing fresh ideas to the business
- Supporting product launches, flash sales and academy events
- Organising and gathering content from tutors, students and live models
- Passionate about social media and content creation
- Confident filming and editing short‑form video content
- Creative with an eye for design and branding
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Proactive and full of ideas
- Experience managing social media accounts is desirable
- Photography and videography experience is a bonus
- Flexible working arrangement (3 days per week)
