• An Honours Degree, Masters level qualification, A PhD - or equivalent experience.
• A track record of successful teaching or pastoral/specialist learning and development support in an educational setting.
• Be committed to the pastoral support and successful academic achievements of students.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with schools and a range of other educational settings to enhance the student experience and employability.
• A research‑informed understanding of how the outputs of scholarship and research or professional body engagement can inform curriculum development in order to enhance the learning experience of students.

You must be willing and able to work on a contained number of Saturdays as part of our flexible working arrangements. This programme is specifically targeted at students who are in the workplace during the week.
