We are seeking to appoint an experienced academic or professional to contribute to our leadership and executive education programmes. You will have experience in organisational behaviour and team performance and a proven track record of working with apprentices.

What we are looking for

  • PhD or equivalent qualification, or appropriate level of experience in subject related area.
  • Have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience.
  • Experience of teaching or training apprentices, work-based learners and professional CPD training courses.
  • An ability to develop and deliver innovative teaching in organisational behaviour, people management and engagement and team working performance and development.
  • A strong understanding of leaner development and curriculum co-design.
  • Contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of learners.
  • A commitment to inclusive, research-informed teaching.
  • Experience working across diverse apprenticeship and executive education groups.
