The Liverpool Business School is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer or Senior Teaching Fellow in Accounting to contribute to the teaching and learning on its accounting and finance programmes. With a strong undergraduate cohort and as part of the ongoing development of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the Business School, this opportunity to join the programme team has arisen.

We are especially proud of our Accounting Clinic, where students gain invaluable experience through preparation of year-end accounts for external organisations. The Clinic works with a wide range of partners across the Liverpool City Region, providing impactful learning experiences and valuable contributions to the business community.
You should have full membership of a professional accounting body (with an accounting qualification). You will be required to develop and deliver teaching in areas such as Management Accounting, Data Analysis and MS Excel. Liaise with businesses and other organisations to connect the research and teaching capability of the Programme to business and/or professional needs. You will also contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of students. You should hold a minimum level qualification of master’s level.
