We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Solicitor specialising in Research Contracts to join our Legal and Governance Team. You will lead and manage the research and innovation function within the Legal Department and will manage the Contracts Officer. You will draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements with focus on innovation and collaboration. You will manage contractual relationships, mitigate risks, and ensure legal compliance across a diverse range of university activities.
You will be accustomed to working autonomously and managing a significant and varied caseload and will have a business-oriented approach to delivery of legal advice. You will be a team player and have commercial awareness with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
