The School of Biological and Environmental Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Human Geography on a 0.8fte fixed term contract for 2 years.
We invite applications from candidates with expertise in cultural, political, and/or social geography approaches to environmental issues, as well as experience in qualitative methods. You will lead and deliver the 3rd-year undergraduate module Catastrophic Futures (critical approaches to the Anthropocene) and the team-taught 2nd-year module Geographies of Health and Inequalities.
You will also contribute to teaching across a range of other undergraduate and postgraduate modules within BSc Geography, BSc Climate and Environmental Sciences, and MSc Climate Change & Sustainability. The ability to participate in and lead fieldwork would be advantageous.
