The Graduate Transitions Officer is a new, high-impact role that will take an individualized case-work approach to supporting graduates to move from unemployment and under-employment into high-skilled roles. This includes proactively supporting graduates from diverse backgrounds, including those who may experience additional barriers to achieving positive outcomes. The Graduate Transitions Officer will also deliver group training, collaborate with relevant external agencies, and lead on engagement activities such as graduate call centres and Student Futures’ presence in graduation weeks.
