Are you passionate about digital education and helping others get the most from technology? Liverpool John Moores University is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Education Support Officer to join our Teaching and Learning Academy. Joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of our learning technology services from frontline helpdesk support to system maintenance and staff training. You'll have real opportunity to contribute ideas and grow your expertise as digital education continues to evolve.
You’ll bring relevant experience in digital learning or IT support, ideally within education, and a genuine commitment to helping people get the best from technology. You will need to be comfortable troubleshooting a helpdesk query and contributing to a team discussion about new tools as well as curious, adaptable, and keen to keep developing.
