Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a highly organised, digitally confident Alumni Relations Coordinator to join our award winning Student Futures team. Student Futures is LJMU's Careers, Employability and Start-Up team, providing services & opportunities to students & graduates that help them build confidence & skills, secure great onward destinations and successfully navigate early stages of their career. As a strategic partner, we work collaboratively with academic teams, employers and external partners, transforming potential into success.
This is an exciting new opportunity to support and develop LJMU's alumni relations activity, helping to build strong, lasting connections between the University, its students, graduates and alumni. This role provides essential operational and systems support, ensuring alumni relations activity is well coordinated, effective and impactful.
The Alumni Relations Coordinator will develop and maintain our LJMU Connect platform to support effective alumni engagement and interaction, including coordinating mentoring partnerships. The role will coordinate alumni events; support the scheduling and delivery of communications through digital platforms; and act as a first point of contact for alumni enquiries, helping ensure a positive and joined up experience.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Excellent digital capability, strong IT skills and confidence adopting new technologies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
