The Alumni Communications Officer will lead communications campaigns and activities that connect LJMU students, recent graduates, and alumni to each other and to post‑study careers, employability and professional development support. This role will engage through social‑media campaigns, newsletters and digital communications, ensuring graduates and alumni remain informed, engaged, and connected to opportunities beyond graduation. The officer will also capture and showcase graduate success stories, driving increased completion of the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
Responsibilities
- Lead and design all alumni‑focused communication initiatives, from digital content creation to social‑media strategy, using analytics to measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with academic teams, employers, and external partners to translate potential into success.
- Manage digital channels, newsletters, and campaign content, fostering continuous engagement among students, recent graduates, and alumni.
Qualifications
- Experience creating and distributing engaging digital content
