The Role

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced academic who will contribute to teaching, learning, and research in the areas of student transition and development in Business Education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with undergraduate, postgraduate, and transnational education (TNE) cohorts and demonstrate experience in areas such as student co-creation, academic skills development, and transition into higher education.

What we are looking for:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting students through transition into university
  • A strong understanding of student development and curriculum co-design
  • A commitment to inclusive, research-informed teaching
  • Experience working across diverse student groups including UG, PG, and TNE students
