Job Summary
Research Assistant, 0.3 FTE (10.5 hours per week) for a 12‑month fixed‑term position at Ashworth High Secure Hospital, Mersey Care NHS Trust, based in the Ashworth Research Centre (ARC) within the hospital.
The ARC is funded as part of Liverpool John Moores University, School of Psychology.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of specified research grants and/or projects.
- Collect data and conduct literature and database surveys.
Qualifications
- A degree in psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a mental health or forensic field directly with clients or patients.
