The School of Sport and Exercise Sciences seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Sciences for a fixed term until 31st December 2026. You will be expected to make broad contributions to the academic work of the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences across undergraduate and postgraduate levels (inc., levels 3 - 8). You will be required to deliver high-quality curricula to students across the school that is research and practice-informed with a specific focus on Sport and Exercise Science Professional Practice, Physiology and Nutrition.
You will also develop and oversee placement opportunities with individuals, sports organisations and teams and support wider initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement, employability, and overall satisfaction. You will be expected to have a postgraduate degree or be working towards a higher degree (PhD or similar) in sport and exercise science or a related discipline with a particular focus on physiology, nutrition and or applied sport and exercise science.
