The Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science is seeking a professional and well organised Executive Support Officer to provide vital support to the School Director and act as the focal point and public face of a busy academic department.
Responsibilities include ensuring the effective running of a busy school spanning a wide range of disciplines, offering high quality executive support in a fast‐paced university environment, and managing varied and sometimes competing priorities.
This is a part time position working Thursdays and Fridays. The role requires an excellent communicator who is proactive, calm under pressure and confident in managing competing priorities.
