Liverpool John Moores University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Access and Participation Project Coordinator to join the Student Voice and Evaluation team located within our Teaching and Learning Academy.
You will work with the Head of Access, Participation and Student Success and the Student Voice and Evaluation team to develop and deliver our 2025-29 Access and Participation Plan and other student equity activities to ensure our students experience equality of opportunity across every stage of the student lifecycle. You will work with colleagues to ensure we build our LJMU Evaluation Framework into all student equity activities.
With experience in project development and delivery you will work with academic and professional services colleagues across all areas of the University as well as supporting our students, and officers and colleagues within John Moores Students\’ Union.
Strong oral and written skills, as well as the ability to work well with others are pre-requisites for this role, as is a strong organisational ability, to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met in a professional manner.
You will play a key role in supporting the University to meet it targets and ambitions in our Access and Participation Plan and addressing barriers to equality of opportunity for students.
You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week (although flexible working arrangements can be considered).
This is a fixed term role from 1st August 2025 – 31st July 2029.
