We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our site from the front desk. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership. You’ll be working closely with the Facilities Manager to keep the building running efficiently, while helping to improve systems and engagement with tenants. This is not a traditional static role. We’re looking for someone who can spot what needs doing and make it happen. For the right person, there’s real scope to grow and develop in this position.
