The role in a nutshell:
- Administrative duties - updating the CRM with detailed notes, creating documents to send to our clients with meetings scheduled.
- Outbound cold calling - be confident and comfortable talking on the phone.
- KPIs - 100 calls per day, out of those 100 calls you make we expect you to have 10 engagements (meaningful conversations), out of those 10 engagements we expect you to convert 1 into a next stage meeting for our clients.
Ideally we’re looking for candidates who are:
- Fluent English speakers (additional languages are beneficial).
- Great telephone manner.
- Looking to kickstart their careers in an ever-evolving industry.
- Money motivated.
In return you will receive:
- Monday to Friday work (08:30-17:00) office based, no hybrid or remote roles.
- Salary (£24k plus uncapped commission) OTE is £52k (commission is based on attended meetings that the candidate books).
