We are seeking an experienced Part‑Time Clinic Manager to join our well‑established skin and hair clinic in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have strong CQC experience and, ideally, be CQC registered or have held CQC Registered Manager responsibilities previously.
Role Overview:
You will oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and standards, manage staff and policies, and act as a key point of contact for regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems
- Support audits, inspections, and CQC registration processes
- Oversee staff recruitment compliance (DBS checks, training records)
- Manage day‑to‑day operational and administrative aspects of the clinic
- Liaise with clinical staff, management, and external bodies as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrable CQC experience — registered manager background preferred
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Experience in a clinic, healthcare, or aesthetic setting desirable
