Candidate requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and networking protocols.
- Experience in a fast-paced second-line IT support role.
- Proactive approach to technical and process enhancements.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and incident handling.
