We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our Belfast Store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic sales management through driving AVS, UPT and conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.
Employment Details
This role is offering a permanent contract working 16 hours per week on a 5 from 7 days basis, including evenings and weekends. Your main base will be our Belfast store.
