Liverpool Football Club are looking for dedicated front of house team members including Kiosk Catering Bar staff and Food & Beer Mobile Sellers for casual hours to join their team.

Location: Anfield Stadium, Liverpool

Salary: Kiosk Bar Cashiers - From £8.75 per hour

Salary: Food and Beer Mobile Sellers (Hawkers) – From £8.75 per hour plus sales incentives

Liverpool Football Club has undergone an expansion throughout season 2016 – 2017. The home of the Reds, Anfield Stadium, now welcomes over 54,000 fans on match days.

Kiosk bar staff and food and beer mobile sellers work in the busy retail catering kiosks in our Anfield Stadium looking after our fans. Working as part of a team directed by our Supervisors and Managers your role will be to ensure that all our fans have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

We require you to be well presented, friendly, approachable and with an eye for detail. You must be able to work using your own initiative as well as working within a team. We want you to be as passionate about great service as we are.

Key Person Specifications / Responsibilities:
  • Polite, courteous and presentable always.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
  • Happy to take direction.
  • Commitment to customer care with the ability to demonstrate it.
  • Active listening skills to ensure orders are taken correctly.
  • Taking food and potential drink orders to ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Being responsible for cash handling, presenting and collecting bills ensuring that payments are charged correctly.
  • Deal with customer requests and queries.
  • Complete additional duties requested by a Manager or Supervisor.
  • Deliver service with a smile.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

As these roles may require handling alcohol, applicants must be 18 or over for some of the front of house roles. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.

Proof of eligibility to work within the UK must be provided at first interview.
