Liverpool Football Club are looking for dedicated front of house team members including VIP Food & Beverage Waiters, Bar Staff, inclusive of Cocktail staff, Baristas and Hosts for casual hours to join their team.

Location: Anfield Stadium, Liverpool

Salary:

  • Matchday Hosts - From £9.00 to £9.50 per hour
  • Hospitality Food & Beverage Waiter - From £9.00 to £9.50 per hour
  • Baristas – From £9.50 per hour
  • Hospitality Bar Staff - From £9.00 to £9.50 per hour
  • Hospitality Supervisors / Managers - From £10.25 to £15.00 per hour

The home of Liverpool Football Club, Anfield Stadium, welcomes over 54,000 fans on match days, including just under 8000 in hospitality areas. Food and beverage waiting on staff, cocktail bar staff, baristas and hosts work in the hospitality suites in our Anfield Stadium looking after our guests. Working as part of a team directed by our Supervisors and Managers your role will be to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

We require you to be well presented, friendly, approachable and with an eye for detail. You must be able to work using your own initiative as well as working within a team. We want you to be as passionate about great service as we are. If you enjoy working and interacting with people then we want to hear from you.

Key Person Specifications / Responsibilities:

  • Polite, courteous and presentable at all times.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
  • Happy to take direction.
  • Commitment to customer care with the ability to demonstrate it.
  • Active listening skills to ensure orders are taken correctly.
  • Taking food and drink orders to ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Being responsible for cash handling, presenting and collecting bills ensuring that payments are charged correctly.
  • Deal with customer requests and queries.
  • Complete additional duties requested by a Manager or Supervisor.
  • Deliver service with a smile.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

As these roles may require handling alcohol, applicants must be 18 or over for some of the front of house roles. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. Proof of eligibility to work within the UK must be provided at first interview.
