This is a casual position, offering variable hours for matchdays, on a flexible assignment basis - ideal for picking up extra shifts around other work or commitments.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and service standards.
- Maintain consistency in quality, portions, and presentation.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock control and minimise waste through rotation.
- Support senior chefs with service planning and kitchen organisation.
- Contribute to a professional, high-performing kitchen environment.
Who are we looking for?
- Chef experience in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Food Hygiene Level 2.
