Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our ILAC Store on a seasonal Christmas temporary contract in Dublin.
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, focusing on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic sales management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising and display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.
