We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Casual Academy Scout (East Midlands) on a casual basis. You will support the region in coverage of Academy fixtures in both live and video viewings. You will provide information about fixtures and market activity in the region.
What will you be doing?
- Attend or watch via video games as requested by the Area Manager, provide reports as per LFC reporting procedures.
- Notify the Area Manager of any potential players of interest within the desired timeframe.
- Provide market information on the region regularly regarding potential player movement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Attend the Academy for regional and national meetings when required.
- Have good knowledge of our own players by watching both live and via video.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent knowledge of professional academy football within the East Midlands region from U13 to U18 at professional clubs. You will have a strong understanding of youth football and long-term youth development. The right candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills within the football community. You will be computer literate, experienced with scouting software (such as Hudl, Wyscout, Eyeball), and able to work to deadlines.

- FA Talent ID Level 2
- Valid driving license
