What will you be doing?
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at premium global brands and agencies.
- Lead end-to-end sales activity from outreach through negotiation, contract, and launch.
- Drive pipeline growth through strong networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
- Assess client needs and design bespoke partnership and marketing solutions aligned to brand objectives and in keeping with the values of LFC.
- Represent Liverpool Football Club at meetings, matchdays, events, and industry conferences.
- Travel internationally and spend significant time in Liverpool around home fixtures.
- Identify new lead-generation channels and continuously improve sales approaches.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience, with a proven track record in sports, media, or entertainment partnership sales. They will bring strong experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships end to end, alongside excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills. The role requires creative thinking to design and deliver global marketing platforms and partnership solutions for prospective brands, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and confidently present and resolve challenges with stakeholders at all levels. Sound judgment, resilience under pressure, and strong problem-solving capability are essential. Foreign language skills are desirable but not essential.
