The predicted salary is between 12.6 - 15.4 £ per hour.
We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisors at our Dublin (Ireland) stores located in the ILAC and Swords. We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who love working as part of a team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our instore experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys the highest possible standard of service and leaves feeling part of the LFC family.
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic sales management through driving the AVS, UPT and conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This position is offering permanent roles of either 20 hours or 18 hours per week at our ILAC Store, and either 18 hours or 8 hours per week at our Swords Store.
