Job Introduction
We have exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our ILAC Store, in Dublin. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
What will you be doing?
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

Liverpool FC Retail has one of the most comprehensive product ranges in world football; we carry at least a thousand different products at one time, which rise during peak trading.
This role is offering a full-time permanent contract working 40 hours per week on a 5 from 7 days basis, including evenings and weekends. Your main base will be our ILAC store, in Dublin.
