Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Partnership Operations to join our Liverpool FC team. Based at our head office in Liverpool City Centre.
What will you be doing?
- Partnership Rights Delivery
- Assist in the planning and delivery of partner rights across football operations, including talent appearances, open training sessions, signed merchandise, matchday activations and other club activations.
- Support the Partnership Operations Managers with monitoring availability and usage of partnership inventory across football properties.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between LFC and LFCW football operations, partnerships, and wider commercial teams.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external suppliers, and commercial partners.
- Work collaboratively with football operations teams across both LFC men’s and women’s.
- Support the wider team in enhancing partner experiences and identifying opportunities to improve delivery standards.
- Administrative Support
- Track operational budgets and support finance processes relating to football operations, branding, and events.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for rights delivery and operational activity.
- Provide ad hoc support across partnership delivery projects and events as required.
- Ad-Hoc
- Identify opportunities for improved operational processes and ways of working.
- Support with partner branding requirements across club sites, matchdays, and events, ensuring branding execution aligns with club and partner standards.
- Support the delivery of partner activations across men’s and women’s matchdays when required, including fan zones, hospitality experiences, sponsored fixtures, and stadium activations.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a partnership, sponsorship, marketing role or sports operations environment.
- Eagerness to develop within an elite football setting.
- Have a degree or equivalent professional experience relevant to the role.
- Be highly organised with excellent time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Be confident working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Have experience supporting the delivery of sponsorship or partnership rights.
- Be a collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ideally have experience working within sport, entertainment, events, or talent environments.
