Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service within our hospitality lounges.
- Provide bar service, including draft, bottled, and premium beverages (where applicable).
- Serve food and drinks efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support smooth and coordinated service during peak matchday times.
- Maintain high presentation standards across dining and bar areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including basic allergen awareness.
Please be aware that this role involves the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages, as well as various food products, including pork.
Qualifications
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Friendly, professional, and able to deliver great guest experiences.
- Comfortable working as part of a team during busy events.
- Willing to learn and follow service standards and procedures.
- Committed to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or bar work is beneficial but not essential.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
