What will you be doing?
- Working on our busy concourse kiosks, you’ll help serve over 45,000 fans on matchdays and events, providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.
- This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on service setting.
- Serve a range of food and drinks from concourse kiosks, including hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, pies, burgers, and snacks.
- Work behind busy counters and bar-style service areas during peak periods.
- Take orders quickly and accurately while delivering great customer service.
- Maintain a fast, efficient service during high-volume matchday demand.
- Keep your area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Support your team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
Average shift length: approximately 6 hours.
Please be aware that this role involves the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages, as well as various food products, including pork.
