We are looking for Casual Room Supervisors to be at the heart of the action on match days, leading your team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead a hospitality suite or area on match days, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.
  • Youll supervise the Food & Beverage team, coordinate service to the highest standards, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • From delivering clear pre-service briefings to ensuring every guest receives a warm corporate welcome, youll set the tone for success.
  • Youll coach and support your team on the job, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high performance across every service.
  • Youll also handle staffing and guest issues, ensure compliance with all policies and health & safety standards, and delegate tasks effectively to maintain quality throughout.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
