We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our LFC Retail Product team as a Gifting and Souvenirs Category Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll support the Senior Category Manager providing administrative support across a number of key areas as well as managing product and sample approval within our licensed product division. What will you be doing?
- Using an online approval portal to provide feedback or approval on licensed product concepts and designs, ensuring that designs and concepts align to LFC brand guidelines.
- Reviewing and providing feedback or approval on Pre-production and Production Samples received from our licensees, including packaging submissions, ensuring that designs and concepts align to LFC brand guidelines.
- Collating additional documentation required for internal and external product approval.
- Communicating with LFC licensees with required approval status and timelines when required.
- Updating Senior Category Manager and the LFC Licensing team on any issues relating to LFC licensed products or licensees.
- Supporting Senior Category Manager with key documentation and presentation collation throughout the calendar year.
- Aid in the preparation for presentations, review meetings and retail partner conferences.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and an acute understanding of retail and licensed products. You will have experience in dealing with branded merchandise and packaging and be able to follow specific guidelines in order to protect the LFC brand. Strong communication skills are a must for this role alongside the ability to provide accurate feedback and present information in a clear manner. This is a collaborative role, so you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and with external licensees. We work in a fast-paced environment; therefore, you will need to be organised and adaptable, manage your time well, and have experience of juggling multiple approvals and projects at once. You will have strong administration skills and be comfortable in using all Microsoft Office packages.
