We are looking for Casual Room Supervisors to be at the heart of the action on match days, leading your team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
What will you be doing?
- You will lead a hospitality suite or area on match days, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.
- Youll supervise the Food & Beverage team, coordinate service to the highest standards, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
- From delivering clear pre-service briefings to ensuring every guest receives a warm corporate welcome, youll set the tone for success.
- Youll coach and support your team on the job, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high performance across every service.
- Youll also handle staffing and guest issues, ensure compliance with all policies and health & safety standards, and delegate tasks effectively to maintain quality throughout.
