Job Introduction
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have opportunities to join our casual Hospitality Team on match days and events. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our hospitality lounges around the iconic Anfield Stadium.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals with proven hospitality experience to join our team. You will have previous experience working within a customer service, fast-paced environment. If you’re committed to creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
- Provide a warm and inviting experience to all guests.
- Maintain high standards of dining while delivering excellent customer service.
- Take food and drink orders as applicable, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Handle requests and queries with professionalism.
- Complete any extra tasks as requested by a Supervisor.
