  • We are looking for a

People Services Administrator to join the team at Liverpool FC.

We have a key role within our People Services Team for a proactive with HR or recruitment/onboarding experience.

Within this role you will have responsibility for coordinating the onboarding and vetting process for new starters, including our safer recruitment roles, and liaising closely with candidates and hiring managers to make sure we provide a high standard onboarding experience.

Youll also provide administrative support across other stages of the employee journey, including contractual changes, promotions and leavers.

As part of the People Services team, youll help colleagues with their queries and support the continued improvement of our processes.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the onboarding journey from offer through to the new colleagues start date.
  • Coordinating onboarding and vetting checks, making sure they are completed and recorded accurately and on time.
  • Supporting safer recruitment processes, including monitoring the completion of required checks such as DBS checks.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and handling personal information with care and confidentiality.
  • Supporting People Services processes such as contractual changes, promotions and leavers.
  • Responding to People-related queries and directing colleagues to the right information or team when needed.
  • Providing general administrative support to the People Services and wider People and Culture teams.
  • Learning how our People systems and processes work and developing your knowledge through practical experience and support from the team.

Youll be organised, motivated and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change.

Youll have strong attention to detail and take pride in completing work accurately and on time.

Youll also

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues at different levels.
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Be able to organise your workload and keep track of several tasks.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling personal information.
  • Be willing to ask questions, learn from others and develop your skills.
  • Have some experience in an administrative, customer service, recruitment or HR environment, although full training and support will be provided.
