What You'll Do
- Job duties;
- Save bank statements
- Ordering daily
- Post card machines transactions
- Post Sch Fund bank transaction (inc trip income)
- Post donations account bank transaction
- Update donations spreadsheet
- Sales Invoices
- Post Petty Cash
- Lunch Queries- remove any incorrect lunch charges as and when needed
- Pull the income reports off Bromcom weekly and fill in the trip requests
- Catering- all catering requests and queries
- Count any cash income and get it ready for the bank
- Training Outcome
Potential to complete Level 3.
