About The Role
To lead and operate within a large flexible multi-functional and multi-site operation (Bus Station, Travel Centres) to support the provision of high-quality customer facilities and services, 365 days a year. The role is a position working a shift pattern of one week on (Monday to Sunday inclusive) and one week off and working an average of 17.5 hours per week.
About The Person
The person will be an experienced manager who has led within a customer facing operation and an ability to identify risk and mitigate the consequences. The candidate will be able to dynamically supervise 6 locations simultaneously using existing communication methods, providing help and guidance to staff in a bus station environment and operating travel centres in each of those locations. The role also includes ticket sales assurance activity.
