About the Role
Senior Officer – Mechanical within the Maintenance Delivery team based at the Asset Management location in Wallasey.
This role is integral to the Maintenance Delivery team.
The incumbent will act as the Principal Contractor for LCRCA when delivering maintenance and projects across all Mechanical, Systems and Electrical (MSE) assets.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and implementing planned maintenance programmes for mechanical assets.
- Delivering internal investment projects on time and within budget.
- Contributing to strategic asset management and lifecycle of assets across the LCRCA estate.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and continually improving health and safety of the team and trades through innovative technology and review of maintenance practices.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an HNC/D in a mechanical engineering discipline and/or a proven track record of efficiently managing and supporting mechanical maintenance programmes, teams and contractors to a high standard, whilst ensuring that the health, safety and wellbeing of the team, customers and the public, is at the heart of everything you do.
