The LCRCA Procurement Team is a small team of dedicated and highly competent procurement professionals, performing at an exceptionally high level. The team works on a flexible working basis, with a mix of remote and office-based working (2 days per week). We're supporting a wide range of major exciting Projects across the Liverpool City Region, delivering improvements and outcomes for the city region.
The Procurement team is currently expanding to reflect the importance of the function as well as to enable continuous improvement of the whole procurement & contract lifecycle. We currently have 2 vacancies for Procurement Business Partner Roles within our in-house Procurement Function; 1) Procurement Business Partner Franchising & 2) Procurement Business Partner Transport & Construction.
About the person
We're looking for experienced and ambitious individuals with a drive to improve the Liverpool City Region through delivery of highly effective procurement activity. You should be experienced with Public Sector Procurement, specifically with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contract Regulations.
You will be someone who can lead and influence senior stakeholders with regards to procurement strategy, providing advice and support across a portfolio of spend. Your ability to communicate effectively and build long lasting relationships will be critical to being successful within the role.
You will be committed to personal development through both formal and informal routes. You shall actively seek opportunities for professional growth and deliver against these.
