About The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Organisational Development and Learning Practitioner, supporting the delivery of our ambitious People Strategy. As a vital member of our established team, you’ll contribute to organisational development, learning, employee engagement, and culture.
You Will:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of the Combined Authority’s People Strategy, enabling cultural change and supporting our ambition to be a high-performing organisation.
- Adopt a business partner approach to identify, design and deliver key organisational development and learning activity related to service area objectives and align OD activities with wider business priorities.
- Influence and support senior leaders and managers across the Combined Authority through excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Apply creativity and innovation to deliver impactful OD programmes and initiatives, from initial approach to evaluation of outcomes.
- Collaborate with professionals across the organisation to provide evidence-based advice, deliver interventions, and shape organisational culture through clear outcomes.
